RETURN POLICY

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING

All items must carry its label and be in its original state.

Under Law 7/1996 (January 15) of the Retail Trade, you have 14 working days, from the reception of your order, to make the return.

All shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except the cost of shipping a change-for-size-new-purchase to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands

Note that the colours of the garments may vary depending on the calibration and resolution of each screen.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPPING

Choose one of the following options:

 

  1.    Pick up at your door by MBE Mail Boxes Etc.

Send an email to comercial@multiboxes.com with name, surname, address, phone and pickup time or call +34 938 708 281.

* This service costs 6€, which will be deducted from the refund of the returned product.

* This service is not available for Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

 

 

  1.    Contact another “door to door” service of your choice (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL…) 

* From Andorra check the "Return of goods" box in the Customs form.

 

  1.    Certified Mail (Registered mail) at your local post office.

* From Andorra check the "Return of goods" box in the Customs form.

As soon as we get your return, we will refund you the money (through the same paying method you used) after checking the garment is in its original condition and carries the original labels.

CHANGE FOR SIZE, COLOR OR ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT

If you want a change for size, colour or an alternative product, you can make a new purchase online and RETURN THE ITEM not wanted.

As soon as we get your return we will reimburse you.

If your change is for size, we will reimburse you too the shipping costs of the new purchase (except for purchases bound for Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

RETURN INSTRUCTION IN STORE

If you are in Catalonia or Madrid, you may also make the return in a store and save the shipping costs.

When you arrive at the store, please show the invoice attached to your purchase.

 

From headquarters, we will reimburse you the money through the same method you used to make the online purchase.

 

If you want a change for an alternative product, you will have to make a new purchase in the store. (Headquarters will reimburse you via Internet).

If you want a change for size or colour it will be done directly in the store. (Except for customers with purchases received in Andorra, which must proceed as a change for an alternative product.)
