RETURN POLICY

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING

All items must carry its label and be in its original state.

Under Law 7/1996 (January 15) of the Retail Trade, you have 7 working days, from the reception of your order, to make the return.

All shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Note that the colours of the garments may vary depending on the calibration and resolution of each screen.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Choose one of the following options:

1. Contact a “door to door” service of your choice (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL…) 

2. Certified Mail (Registered mail) at your local post office.

If possible, put the piece in an envelope and send it as a letter (not a package) to ease shipping and customs formalities.

Check the RETURNED GOODS box when filling the Customs Declaration Form.

Send us an e-mail (shoponline@syngmancucala.com) to inform us that you are sending a return and include the TRACKING NUMBER or link so we can track it.

As soon as we get your return, we will refund you the money (through the same paying method you used) after checking the garment is in its original condition and carries the original labels.

IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING TO SPAIN...

If you are going to Barcelona, Girona or Madrid within 7 working days after receiving your order, you may also make the return in a store.

When you arrive at the store, please show the invoice attached to your purchase.

Headquarters will reimburse you the money through the same method you used to make the online purchase.

If you want a change for size, colour or an alternative product, you will have to make a new purchase in the store. (Headquarters will reimburse you via Internet).
